Columbia College Aims to Provide the “ultimate gaming showcase” with Midwest Campus Clash

 

Columbia College will be hosting the Midwest Campus Clash on April 8th, 2017. The event will include a range of gaming experience for all ages, food trucks, an Expo area, a tournament viewing space, and several esports tournaments.

The main feature is the culmination of a month-long League of Legends tournament with eight of the best collegiate teams playing live for $25,000. A $10,000 Madden tournament will also conclude at the event.

The Expo hall will have attractions for all gamers. There will be Forza Motorsport stations testing your fastest lap speeds, Giant Pong, and VR stations with the Oculus Rift. Halo experts will be offering tips and techniques to improve your competitive play. The event is not limited to college students.

The Midwest Campus Clash and Gaming Expo begins at 10am at the Southwell Gym. Full event details can be foundĀ on midwestcampusclash.com.
