Big Ten Network Will Broadcast League of Legends Collegiate Finals

In case you missed it, the Big Ten Network (BTN) has been broadcasting collegiate League of Legends.

The Big Ten Network is the first network dedicated to broadcasting a single collegiate athletic conference. The network reaches approximately 90 million households nationwide. The network focuses on the Big Ten schools which include:

Michigan

Northwestern

Michigan State

Purdue, Illinois

Penn State

Minnesota

Wisconsin

Ohio State

Iowa

Indiana

Rutgers

Maryland

Nebraska.

The Penn State team was unable to participate in the League of Legends season.

The BTN League of Legends season kicked off on January 30th, 2017 and is the pilot season for the esports broadcast. Teams have played best-of-3 matches throughout the season and now the top 2 teams have reached the final.
